What we believe

• Tenant isolation is enforced server-side on every org-scoped resource.
• Email is never sent from HTTP request handlers — always durable jobs.
• Credits are an immutable ledger. No silent balance mutations.
• No fake metrics, logos, certifications, or dead buttons.

How we build

The product ships as vertical slices: schema, API, authz, workers, UI with empty/loading/error states, and tests. Marketing reads plan configuration from the database. Providers hide behind interfaces so mocks stay first-class in development.

Brand-wise we aim for technical, clean, and confident — strong type, subtle borders, light and intentional dark modes. Not purple-gradient slideware.
